Turtle Fest 2017

Turtle Fest is just around the corner with the gates opening at 10am on Saturday, March 25th.  This highly anticipated event is expected to draw approximately 10,000 people to Loggerhead Marinelife Center and the surrounding Loggerhead Park in Juno Beach, Florida.

The admission is FREE for this fun-filled family event. There will be music, shopping, local vendors, educational experiences, and activities promoting the conservation and protection of endangered sea turtles.

There is a new conservation effort making its debut at Turtle Fest 2017 – the refillable water station. It is requested that participants not bring outside food or beverages into the event; however, attendees can bring a refillable water bottle or purchase a limited edition

Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Jupiter, Tequesta, and the Palm Beaches

Jupiter, Tequesta, and the Palm Beaches have so many places to offer when it comes to celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. On March 17th, check out some of these fun entertainment and dining options in the area:

Friday afternoon into the evening there will be Irish entertainment abound in Abacoa. Irish food and specialty drinks will be featured at Abacoa restaurants. Additional entertainment includes a DJ, band, bagpipers, beer pong tables, and a cornhole tournament along Town Center Drive and into the Downtown Abacoa Amphitheater.

Strawberry Festival Tequesta

The Strawberry Festival is coming Saturday, March 4th to First Presbyterian Church in Tequesta. This fun event happens every year and the local look forward to the delicious treats and famous strawberry jam.

The Strawberry Festival is open 9am until 1pm rain or shine. There will be baked goods, games, trinkets, jewelry, toys, books, children’s activities, and a silent auction. Admission is FREE, so don’t miss this special local event. For more information, visit First Presbyterian Church website.
